ThePresident
of the Republic will host a working lunch at the
Presidential Palace on 22 October, 1999, in honour of
Prime Minister
Vladimir Putin and the
other EU-Russia Summit participants and delegations.
The
following guests will be seated at the President's
table: Prime
Minister Vladimir Putin, Romano Prodi, President of
the Commission, Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen, Javier
Solana, High Representative and Secretary-General of
the Council, Minister for Foreign Affairs Tarja
Halonen, Christopher Patten, Member of the Commission
in charge of External Relations, Minister of Trade
Mihail Fradkov and Vladimir Yakovlev, Governor of St.
Petersburg.
After
lunch, President Ahtisaari and Prime Minister Putin and his delegation will start
bilateral discussions at the Presidential Palace.
