President of Hungary to make state visit to Finland

President of Hungary László Sólyom with spouse will be making a state visit to Finland on 28 – 30 March 2006.

The official reception ceremonies and the talks between the Presidents of Hungary and Finland will be held at the Presidential Palace on Wednesday 29 March. President Sólyom will also meet Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen, pay a visit to Parliament and lay a wreath on the heroes’ graves in Hietaniemi Cemetery.

The programme will include also a visit to VTT Technical Research Center of Finland and a trip to Turku.
