Mr President,

It is with profound sadness that we have received the news of the fatal bomb explosions in Mumbai, in which precious human lives were lost and many seriously injured.

On behalf of the people of Finland and on my own behalf, I express my most sincere condolences to you Mr President and to the families of the victims and to all those who are touched by this tragedy.
