President Halonen on state visit in Bulgaria

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen and Dr. Pentti Arajärvi are on a state visit to Bulgaria on 24-26 February 2003. During the visit President Halonen meets president Georgi Purvanov, opens a Finnish-Bulgarian Economic Seminar, addresses the National Assembly, and visits the historic Old Town in Plovdiv.
