President Halonen marked the half term of the presidency

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen held a press conference at the Presidential Palace on 28 February 2003 to mark the half term of the presidency. At the press conference President Halonen discussed current domestic and international issues and evaluated the past three years of the six-year presidential term.
