President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö will host the traditional dinner for heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Finland and their spouses at the Presidential Palace on Thursday 2 May 2019.
The dinner was attended by approximately 190 guests. In addition to the diplomatic corps, the guest list included members of Finland’s government along with top-ranking public officials.
President Niinistö will open the dinner with a welcome speech, which will then be answered by the Dean of the diplomatic corps, Mr Alvarado Noguera, Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua.
Musical entertainment will be provided by singer Nina Mya and guitarist Sami Linna as well as the Guard’s Band conducted by Major (Mus.) Pasi-Heikki Mikkola.
