President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö will promote graduating cadets to the rank of lieutenant at a ceremony at the National Defence University, Santahamina, on Friday, 27 August 2021.
President Niinistö will give a speech to the graduating cadets and appoint them to officer positions in the Defence Forces and Border Guard.
